With the rapid development of market economy, how to be able to recruit staff with a genuine talent is the enterprise bear the brunt of consideration, and to find the ideal job to maximum play for their wisdom is the thoughtful seekers required in job search processes.Recruitment and student employment problem is not only related to the development of personal fulfillment and enterprises, but also important to society development. Using information technology to establish a reasonable platform for communication between recruiters and candidates students, on the one hand to help companies save the cost of recruiting, recruit more capable; on the other hand to guide new graduates timely and effective access to jobs, to choose their own future development jobs. Student Employment Management System for the collection, analysis and management of all types of job recruitment process various information existing problems, the achievements in scientific research information management job efficiently applied to information management, and give full play to the development of information technology in this aspects of information management plays a key role and supporting role.This paper is based on the needs of the community and recruiting candidates to give the design and implementation of Student Employment Management System. Student Employment Management System based on the traditional recruitment process for both recruiters and candidates to provide student services. In addition to traditional information display, retrieval and dissemination functions, the system also helps students get jobs promptly enterprises choose the unit and the intention to submit an electronic resume. The collection of information based on keywords of interest and concern to help students function lock or companies interested in jobs, automatically target search results. Analysis and design of process systems using object-oriented design principles, system analysis given use case diagram, define the relationship between system design database table diagram attribute definitions and database tables, and detailed system design class diagrams, descriptions and key methods dependencies between classes. Internal link module compact, low coupling between modules. Structured system using B / S structure design, front-end development and exchange of data and business logic layer segmentation clear, the system has goodperformance. Meanwhile, the development of the system chosen the popular Spring Framework, in between classes and modules communicate using dependency injection technology to ensure the security of the system overhead and runtime. Community information and support Spring framework has proven to reduce the difficulty of development and shorten the development cycle to ensure the stability and quality of the system. Back-end database systems support the choice of a new version of SQL Server 2014, data storage and query system provides a powerful support. Wherein, SQL Server 2014 database in massive data analysis to support new features and other aspects of cloud storage for applications extended to provide a guarantee. System interface design uses the popular flat design,user-friendly interface design, simple and clean, easy to operate. Finally, according to the characteristics of the system shows the recommended system deployment, and from the user’s point of view the system was fully functional test.In this paper, using standard software engineering processes and object-oriented design,recruitment and employment process of abstraction, to achieve a rational system analysis and design based on the traditional line recruitment process. System features include recruiting candidates to publish and query information, user role assignment, bulk mail, electronic resume online attention and interest information delivery system design include both recruiters and candidates for student user rights division. The results show that the system is fully functional, high feasibility, to meet the actual needs of the job search process, and the design of similar systems have a certain significance.
