System interface design uses the popular flat design,user-friendly interface design, simple and clean, easy to operate. Finally, according to the characteristics of the system shows the recommended system deployment, and from the user’s point of view the system was fully functional test.In this paper, using standard software engineering processes and object-oriented design,recruitment and employment process of abstraction, to achieve a rational system analysis and design based on the traditional line recruitment process. System features include recruiting candidates to publish and query information, user role assignment, bulk mail, electronic resume online attention and interest information delivery system design include both recruiters and candidates for student user rights division. The results show that the system is fully functional, high feasibility, to meet the actual needs of the job search process, and the design of similar systems have a certain significance.
