Video surveillance equipment in recent years, there has been a lot of changes, from the traditional analog signal of CCTV equipment to the wired network of digital signal of CCTV equipment, and then to the current wireless CCTV equipment, it has gone through three major phases.the tranditional analog signal of CCTV equipment has some issuesthat the low clarity of video,signal interference and so on,the wired CCTV equipment has the characteristic of complex of system integration, this disadvantages are obvious,such as its construction need many cable wires between equipments and another a lot of equipment.Along with the emergence of network CCTV,video quality has been greatly improved, it also generated great video data,but the complexity of system integration has not declined.With the development of video codec andalgorithm(especially the emergence of H.264 video codec technology),reducing network bandwidth and improving the quality of video that demand has never been changed, while maximum demand is how it can simplify wiring construction, reducing the difficulty of the installation and configuration of equipment, improving device reliability.To solve these problems, this project was designed and implemented portablilitywireless video surveillance system,it references the advantages of traditional CCTV system, and the main function requirement of client, made a lot of improvements. the traditional CCTVhas problem include cumbersome of onstruction, complex of systems integration, maintenance inconvenient and so on.This system adopts the digital wireless transmission technology and completely eliminates these disadvantages, the main features it provides is portablility, this area of the PCB Board are strictly hardware requirement that is smallest volume, in meeting the software requirementof client at the same time, strive to minimizearea of hardware PCB board. This is also the origin of the paper title.This system mainly from front-end and back-end hardware requirements analysis to design of software architecture is described in detail. Front-end equipment for the RTSP protocol based on wireless communication is IPC(IP camera), back-end hardware for the RTSP and RTMP protocols based on wireless communication is networking data recorders WNVR(Wireless Network Video Recorder) device, front-end IPC device can run on its own, however WNVR combined with the front-end IPC equipment make up of professional video recoder equipment, it cannot be run individually. Their main mode of communication is wireless network signal between them.This system is a portable wireless network CCTV hardware for practical field, Application Environment is such as car parks, hospitals,family(custody of children and old people), public places, etc. Because of this system is characteristic ofportablility, easily using, so it has a very wide range of applications.Through the design of the system will greatly simplifythe complexity and promote efficiently of trandation CCTV devices used, and it also improves purpose of social security.
