Design And Implementation Of Bank Credit Card Management System Based On B/S

Government procurement is one of the daily works of the government, in order to make the government procurement work more open and fair, the State adopts the procurement bidding system. The advantage of this system is that all suppliers can compete with each other, and can improve the quality of government procurement of goods. But there are a lot of bidding and tendering work are based on manual processing, the work efficiency is relatively low, but also not conducive to the openness and transparency of the work. In order to improve the government procurement bidding work quality, this paper design and implement the government procurement bidding management system, through the system realize the online management of the bidding work, can improve the tendering and bidding efficiency, can reduce the risk of bidding, can reduce the purchasing cost, can improve the tendering and bidding quality. The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1) This paper introduces the present situation of bidding management, and analyzes some problems in the work. This paper introduces the research background and research significance.(2) This paper analyzes the bidding management system requirements, and from three aspects of economy, technology and management, analyzed the feasibility of developing system. Then, according to the different roles of the system, this paper analyzes the use case of the system, and introduces the system development and operation environment.(3) This paper introduces the design process of the system, which focuses on the overall business process, key business process, system architecture, and function module and database design process. The function module of the system mainly includes system management module, tender management module, bid management module, assessing bids management, supplier management module and expert management module. In the design of system database, the database design principles, the database concept design and database structure design are introduced. In the design process, the use of UML modeling technology, mainly through the timing diagram, E-R diagram, and other ways to design the system.(4) This paper introduces the implementation process of the key function of the system, mainly through the function interface and implementation process of the two aspects are explained. In the process of implementation of the system, this system mainly used ASP.NET technology, AJAX technology, CSS technology, JS technology etc. In order to better develop the system, the main use of the system, such as the development tool is VS2010.(5) This paper introduces the system of testing. The system uses a black box test on the key features of the test system.
