According to the surveys, until 2014, there are 53% of residents in China who don’t have any insurance,69% of consumers buying insurance are aimed at obtaining medical and health services, more than 70% of residents merely rely on social security as their main economic incomes after retiring, and 53% of residents are not sure about their economic sources after retiring. It can be seen that there is plenty of room to grow in sales market of life insurance.Telemarketing is a direct marketing pattern which is widely adopted by life insurance companies in recent years. It has advantages like fast communication,less cost which other sales modes do not have. In addition, telemarketing conforms with the fast technological advancements at present and the speedy and convenient consumption characteristics in modern society. By directly communicating with clients by telephone, insurance companies can fully explore the potential requirements of clients, help them realize the guarantee of insurance products and provide them insurance services which they really need. The establishment of telemarketing information management system is based on large-scale relational database Sql Server and popular Web development framework, and the system uses Visual Studio.net as development tools. Besides, relying on intranet of company,the system can change the basic management and sales process management of telemarketing business to network electronic operation, which immensely increase the telemarketing management ability and sales ability of insurance companies and reduce the management and operation cost of companies.
