Research On Network Medical Service Platform With The Info-Ecology Theory

Since the 1990 s, with the mature development and the application popularization of computer network technology, breaking the limitation of traditional information time and space, taking the development of society and people’s lives into the era of network information service. The 21 st Century we live in was divided into the "Network Information Age" by modern scholars, indicating that China has entered the networked production and living services era. With the rapid changing of a variety of innovative information technology, various kinds of scientific research achievements were continued to emerge. The combination of advanced network information technology and concrete service function not only bring a substantial increase in productivity, social progress and economic development, but also breaking the traditional mode of production and life, meeting people’s diverse needs from multiple levels, playing a unique advantage of network to improve the quality of people life. In2012, The communist party of China proposed to improve the overall quality of the population, building a new medical resources system in 21 st Century to enhance the overall medical space as an important task of the five year plan. To achieve this strategic task related to the people’s vital interests, using advanced information ecological theory, with the advantage of computer technology and network information, building a perfect function of the network medical information service platform is no doubt an approach that in accordance with the current social development trend, and also a convenient and efficient way to achieve.In this paper, combined with the current domestic and international research status,the problems on the network medical information platform at the present stage were analyzed deeply and the solution were proposed. On this basis, the construction of network medical information ecology platform based on information ecology theory was researched, the establishment, design and application of the platform model were discussed, and how to promote this platform in national security policy and market strategy was analyzed from the practical view. Under the premise of promoting theoverall cooperation of social medical resources and constructing the national health care system, the topic of construction on the network medical information service platform based on information ecology theory was studied in this paper. Research was focused on the reform and perfect of medical information network platform service function, as the research center, all round platform function construction was studied.Around this center, the major medical platform structure with its existing problems at present were analyzed, and the new system module was designed. Giving full play on the advantages of innovation and learning from the advanced experience at the same time, trying to avoid the drawbacks of the existing platform, establishing a medical information service platform which integrating multiple medical institutions, meeting the various needs of users, being able to manage and analyze vast amounts of data and truly service all residents.
