Design And Implementation Of Dongguan Huangjiang Hospital Laboratory Information System- Blood Test System

Information on medical services is an important direction of current social development and hospital construction, among of which construction of hospital laboratory information system is one of the important parts. With the continuous development and advances of information technology and network technology, applications in the field of medical services is also changing, and achieves good effect, which promotes the construction of different medical services information platform in medical institutions. By building medical information service platform, it can improve the service quality and core competitiveness of medical institutions. The construction of hospital laboratory information systems can provide effective services to support the hospital’s internal testing work, and achieve the relevant test automation management.In this thesis, functions and business of hospital laboratory information system is implemented by PowerBuilder technology. The main work of this thesis includes:(1) Though analyzing construction status and processes of hospital laboratory information system, the thesis determines the study’s direction and focus of hospital testing business, so that it can cover most business content of hospital laboratory management;(2) Establish the system’s business model and business use cases by research content of hospital laboratory information management and Unified Modeling Language technology;(3) Design the major business of hospital laboratory information management in the form of the modular and object-oriented, and build the main function module’s business processes;(4) Give the detailed design of functional model and data model, in which functional model includes five major functional modules: detection sample management, blood bank management, quality control management, statistical analysis management and system management and so on;(5) Design and implement the system’s main function module by MVC architecture and the business of hospital laboratory information management.The system was developed by Power Builder 9.0 and C/S pattern; the storage and management of data is completed by SQL Server database; optimized and querying of data is used by Adaptive Server Anywhere 7.0. Though putting hospital laboratory information management system into practice within hospital, it not only can effectively solve the hospital laboratory information management business, but also can promote decision support, information management and interface resource sharing. The system has been running within hospitals, which facilitates interoperability the business process of different departments, and helps to share business information. It has a positive role in promoting of the hospital management.
