Design And Realization Of Indoor Quality Control System In Clinical Laboratory

With the development of Internet and information technology in traditional industry, test centers around the world quicken the step of clinical laboratory information construction for improve their test mass. The quality of examination is a lifeline of clinical laboratory’s survival and development. An excellent quality control information system can effectively guarantee the accuracy of inspection, formulate a unified inspection standard and realize information sharing among different inspection agencies. This project realizes an efficient, standardized and multi-zone clinical laboratory quality control platform, according to the actual demand of clinical testing center of the first people’s hospital of Yunnan Province.This paper first describes domestic and international trend of laboratory quality control system of clinical testing center. Then, combining the actual operation process of clinical testing center, analyses the quality control process, digs into the actual requirements in inspection work and quality control, and describes the design idea and system function module determining of clinical inspection center quality control system. Next, the paper introduces some techniques, such as Java, database technique, Hibernate and Spring, which is used in system development process. This system realizes functions like the manual data submit, alarm of data out of control, Z-score analysis and basic data maintenance, and this system supports the operation of smart-phones and tablets. System in a number of key technological points are innovative, such as encryption, technical architecture, table structure design, greatly improved the efficiency of development and operation. Finally, regional testing data sharing and monitoring. The actual operation results of the system shows that the construction of clinical testing center indoor quality control platform building a good standard quality control procedures and improve the efficiency of the testing, realizing the regional quality control inspection data sharing and monitoring and improving the precision of the various medical laboratory testing. Providing reliable test results for clinicians for ensure the health of the patients.
