Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System For Chongqing College Of Electronic Egineering

With information technology developing in an incredible speed, every industry of China has been severely affected by the internet trend. All the changes that attribute to networking have been happening day by day, which left us few moments to hesitate. Many corporations and big companies are relying on office automation system to accomplish daily office work more frequently. The solutions of making office work more efficient are quiet mature, and the corresponding market is also equal and mature. Many are following this trend to optimize company affairs.In this thesis, the author introduced an overview of what the OA market is and the current researching state of OA development. The corresponding Eclipse platform, B/S frame, J2 EE technology are widely used within the author’s design. Struts and Hibernate were also introduced into this design. After that, detailed information on how this system shall meet the demands of users and facilitate the developers is introduced, considering the research and development demand in the project of Chongqing Electronic engineering School OA designing. All these considerations lay a solid foundation for the later researching and designing the project of Chongqing Electronic engineering School OA system. Later, the author describes how J2 EE technology is introduced into this design, which supports the whole design of this system. In the end, the project of Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering OA designing is accomplished, which is to fulfill office concentration and streamlining work processes.
