With the rapid development of the national grid in our country, the mode for safe electric production has been the most suitable one for the current electric company. It is an important carrier for deepening the construction of the national grid and also a concrete measure to practice the requirements and spirits from the State Department and some departments concerning to the national grid.The electric company in Malong has built up a complete, rapid and effective information management system with the help of information technology and informative platform. Under the standardization of business, the company makes full use of computer network and information resources and builds up a comprehensive informative management platform, which includes supervision and analysis, evaluation of possessions, the guarantee of safety, and the conduction and coordination of many parts.The platform provides accurate and comprehensive tools for safe electric production and the operation of the grid and it also improves the quality of management in electric companies, which is a support for the safe production.The thesis will achieve several systematic functions, that is, systematic management for public affairs, supplies, tickets and some shortcomings.The system is based on J2 EE, and adopts JSP, Servlet, JDBC to form the B/S management system.There are several research targets in this thesis. It analyzes the background of safe electric operation and management system, domestic and foreign research present situation, simultaneously also provides the new research significance.This paper also gives a brief introduction to the design of the system, the theory concerning to the electric operation, the process and the construction of J2 EE system.It analyzes the present situation in the electric company, the current network used for safe electric production, and the real requirements for the company.It researches the standard code and construction of other system in the company and uses suitable standard and code to finish the development of this system. It describes the process of some parts in this system and gives an introduction and presentation of some details.The thesis tests out the functions of the system and improves some problems appearing in the test and finishes the aim to get the comprehensive and stable system. The system has come into use at present and gets high praises for its stable function and safety.
