Taiyuan Survey Company has technological capabilities, its object is to achieve digital collection, because of the increasing complexity reinsurance products, It needs enough drivers. Currently, comprises vehicle that are intensively constructed and are capable of undertaking complex tasks. A simplified community vehicle management system is used to show the whole process of application software development based on MVC.At first, the system is based on comprehensive analysis requirement of UML. Based on the object-oriented design and use eases analysis, the system framework design, class design was demonstrated. Based on principle of the three layer framework, the system is constructed and developed. The whole software structure of the system and its software modules of MVC are described. The system requirement analysis and summary design on the basis of this, the main content is the basic demand of vehicle management system, including functional requirements and performance requirements, the functional requirements, a detailed analysis of vehicle management, vehicle information management, vehicle scheduling management function, including the function of the interface and the interface, as well as the core code involved and a brief description. In functional test, the core functions of the vehicle management, vehicle fault management and procurement management function tests are passed; in performance test.The system is rich in function, friend in interface and also has a high practicality. The application of the cms will offer basic condition for the unified office working and resource sharing. The vehicle management is no more using tradition manual operation and manpower, but applying computer management in all area.
