Research And Development On The General Vehicle Management Information System Of The 29～(th) Base

The 21st century is the information age and information has already become the strategic resources of social development and national defense construction. It is indicated by the several regional wars in the world at turn of the century that the information-based war has already stepped into the palace of war history and become the main form of the modern war. So the new military renovation based on informationization has become the focus in various countries armies. Therefore, in order to adapt to the new war form and improve the fighting capacity, our troops must come the informationizing route roundly.To informationize management the general vehicle in the 29^th base, the General Vehicle Management Information System is researched and developed by various IT technologies and theories of system engineering and software engineering, Supported by the General Equipment Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, which has put into running successfully. The thesis mainly includes the following content:[1] Considering the informationization impact manual method and applying BPR (Business Process Reengineering) theory, the business process of management general vehicle is redesigned according to "based on business Process and exceeding business Process " and on the basis of investigating the current business Process of the 29^thbase and brotherhood organization deeply.[2] Based on the actual needs of the General Vehicle Management Information System,its architecture is put forward, and its function model and information model isresearched and built systematically by means of IDEFO and IDEF1X that "863/CIMS"recommended in China. Furthermore, the corresponding database system is designedin detail.[3] In the view of information integration, security guarantee and economicaldevelopment, the system of security and information encoding is studied and set up,and the developing strategies are proposed scientifically. Furthermore, the serial keytechnologies such as data management are researched deeply.[4] Based on the idea that practicability is prior and advancement is paid attention too,an full-functional, user-friend, easy-to-use archetypal General Vehicle ManagementInformation System is implemented on the open platform, using SQL Server asDBMS and Delphi/Java as development tool, which has put into running successfully.
