Analysis And Design Of Office Vehicle Management System

Vehicle management system is based on the real requirement of current office vehicle management. It is used to improve the management efficiency, speed up and safeguard the process of vehicle reform. The system is developed by advanced design methods and technologies, and the purpose of the system is to improve the efficiency and enhance the supervise level of the vehicle management by procedure control of request, scheduling, query and maintenance.This paper works form the requirement analysis, finished setting up the system architecture and designing it in detail. In the end, the system has been implemented as a management information system based on C/S structure, including the modules of vehicle scheduling, oil cost management, vehicle maintenance, traffic accident management, drivers information management, etc.In this paper, the system development background has been discussed, as well as current research status of vehicle management system. The problems to be solved have been clarified by describing aspect of system requirement analysis. During the course of system design, the work began with architecture design and then the establishment of the system's functional structure. At last, we discussed some of the detailed design of each module of the system's basic functions and implementations.This study will not only contribute to achieve the vehicle management system organized, systematized and digitized, but also implement efficient management, low-cost, and accelerate the process the vehicle reform based on the full realization of vehicle management information and the enhanced supervise level.
