From 2006 to 2009, it completely recovered many of information systems including financial, production, marketing, materials, HR and other eight businesses. The use of information and communication technology have effectively promoted power flow, traffic flow and information flow, as well as a large amount of electric power data. Every part, especialy in the marketing must conduct in-depth analysis of the large amount of historical data, unfolding business rules and development models to enhance the level of marketing to new heights.Based on the big data mining technology, construction of Power Marketing Analysis System discovers vulnerabilities and eliminate existing barriers to internal information marketing business in time, making company better allocation, stronger internal control, higher management efficiency and overall effectiveness, enhancing the company’s operational management an important support level. This essay analyzes five themes which contain recovered tariff riskin, customer outage, risk of electricity customers, electricity service, customer service. In this system, algorithmic study, develop elements, and the package are the most important steps in all process. This essay analysises the need of this system firstly, then designes and enforces the functions in this system focus on the basic demands. Finally, testing the system is also a necessary step in all the procedure.These themes apply business logic to explain how the data mining in the marketing system. They have targettoselectdifferent data mining algorithms, data model, the corresponding analytical results and analysis the results back to the actual business of the marketing system to produce guidance to strengthen the system of enterprise-class marketing analytics, shaping core competitiveness of new power.
