Through the research about the application of Business Analysis System of HeBei Moblie and the current situation of data business development in mobile communication field, it is urgently need to set up a Business Analysis System for data business, which is used to improve the management and marketing capability of accurate data business. This project is mainly about how to establish the Data Mart oriented Data Service on the basis of Business Analysis System of HeBei Moblie, which is called " Data Services Marketing Support Platform " by China Mobile group standard. The project will makes Business Analysis System of HeBei Moblie not only a Management System but also a producting system. Business Analysis System can send the results of Analysis as advice to the Business & Operation Support System (BOSS) by interactive interface and the result of BOSS also can be transferred to the Business Analysis System. In this paper, we discuess the detailed requirement analysis of Data Services Marketing Support Platform, then the paper describe the two core function of business monitoring and marketing management. This paper introduces the common modeling process of data warehouse, and discussed the Data Modeling technology used in this platform particular. Following the third paradigm, the design of based model used entity-relation modeling theory so as to clear comprehensively reflect Hebei mobile Data Service objective reality. The design of Collect model adopted dimensional modeling theory, using star model to organize data to construct the multi-dimension data analysis view clear, flexible and robust.
