Design And Implementation Of Investment Management Information System

Investment for the economic development of a region has a very important influence. But the investment work has more features, including involving many departments, large amount of information and more merchants and so on, so the staff of Investment Office are struggling to cope with various problems every day, leading to inefficient investment work and high administrative costs. For this purpose, this thesis takes the specific work of outside the agency of Dongguan City Shek Pai town as an example to research investment information management system. The done works in this thesis are mainly concentrated in the information technology implementation of investment business management, information systems management and information sharing aspects.Combined with the actual needs of outside the agency of Shek Pai town in handling the business of investment management, the thesis uses J2 EE technology and SOA technical to design and implementation of the investment management system.The main work of this thesis includes the following aspects:(1) Analyze and design the major business functions of outside the agency of Shek Pai town using UML techniques, and research the information realization of the system using J2 EE technology, including project management, information management,investment approval management, statistical analysis, and investor data management.(2) Through optimization of the system’s database, it can improve system performance, improve the applicability of investment management system; through the data backup and recovery can improve the security of data in the system, thereby avoiding administrator misuse, or natural disasters to cause loss of important data in the system.(3) Implement the communication between the investment management system and e-government systems of Shek Pai town in other sectors using SOA technology,thereby increasing the sharing of data, and providing one-stop service for investors.(4) Test the achieve results of the main function module by means of the building of test function’s use cases, and then improve the quality of system implementation and business functions of the system.The investment information management system not only implements theinformation of traditional investment management using information technology,thereby increasing the efficiency of investment management, and reducing the costs of investment management; but also improves the communication between investment management system and other sectors of e-government systems through using SOA technology, and then ensure data consistency and improve the sharing of data. It is conducive to further development of Chinese e-government.
