With the development of digital technology and network technology, in the production practice, people have put forward more and more requirements on the scale, environment, kinds, methods, accuracy and reliability, which makes the data acquisition technology have to develop rapidly. In short, data acquisition technology combined with stable, high-speed, real-time the measurement, collection and control based on network is an inevitable trend of development.In the industrial automation measurement and control system, such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, etc. As well as scientific research areas.It will be necessary for the pressure related detection and analysis usually, and the pressure of the detection of quite a large proportion. With the development of science and technology and the emergence of intelligent products, the intelligent data measurement and analysis system based on computer network and data acquisition is an important development direction of pressure data acquisition.In this paper, based on the basic theory of data acquisition technology and embedded system, the paper introduces the research status of data acquisition technology and embedded system in China and abroad. Multi channel pressure data acquisition instrument involves sensor selection, signal conditioning, data acquisition and embedded network and other issues. The hardware circuit uses NPH-8-700 DH high performance silicon diaphragm, MAX1452 height integrated analog sensor signal conditioner, AD7663 ASTZ converter chip And so on, software part uses utu2440-s-v4.1 company’s Samsung development board as the development platform, Linux as the embedded operating system, real time acquisition of 16 channels pressure date is realized and the function of data real-time transmission,monitoring and storage is realized through Ethernet and PC. By setting up the test platform, the software of each functional module is simulated and debugged, and the performance of the whole system is tested. The instrument has low cost, high integration, good stability, easy installation and use, and has great market prospects and good promotion value.
