The production department brings forward highly reliability of the mechanical equipment in modern industrial automation. So we should monitor the functional mode of the mechanical equipment either online or offline, collect the generating signals during operation, find fault or make early forecast to the trend of the fault, so as to clear faults in time and take steps to mechanical equipment maintenance and avoid greater losses for normal production.Being the important front-end of status monitoring and their related fault diagnosis, the instruments of data acquisition and analysis are developing towards portable, modularization and low power consumption. We adopt a high integrated SoC, on which we transplant embed RTOS, to development a set of data acquisition and analysis instrument which is portable and having high cost performance.Through analysis on the filter and the filter method that has been evaluated by related simulation experiments, the filter circuits fit this system best can be designed. In order to meet the requirement of spot test, we designed cell-type filter circuits that can change the types and the frequency of the filters in the field, achieve better effect based on the new field reconfigurable analog device according to the microprocessor configure mode and reach the aim to improve signal-to-noise ratio.Then, on the basis of signal conditioning, we designed the front circuit to drive the sensor to work normally and fulfill the sensor acquisition precision; design the power module for the entire signal processing to provide accurate reference voltage;Making the ADC module as the core of the system, design wave shaping circuit to make the amplitude of the collected signal to meet the requirements of AD converter; meanwhile design the related external circuit, reduce circuit noise and other factors on the circuit, improve accuracy and enhance signal-to-noise ratio.Finally, the paper illustrated the service conditions of the data acquisition and analysis equipment and tested its practical with the experimental scene signal.
