Abstract:This project was sponsored by an enterprise. The paper studieddeeply on the processing circuit of pressure sensor and the performance testsystem. Based on the research, a low-cost, high stability of the pressure sensortest system for commercial air conditioning was designed and developed tomeet the market demand.Firstly, this paper introduced the basic working principle of pressuresensors and researched pressure sensors and the test system at home andabroad. Research results clarified that the development of pressure sensorsand test systems for the commercial refrigeration industry improving theaccuracy of temperature control in air conditioning and saving energyconservation had a major of significance.Secondly, the author proposed the design scheme of pressure sensors and thetest system, and introduced the processing circuit of pressure sensor, correctionalgorithm and the comprehensive performance testing system in detail. ZMDwas selected as the core for conditioning circuit, realization of signal amplificationand filtering. Through researching of the compensation algorithm, the authordesigned the temperature compensation software program for pressure sensors.Thezero temperature drift, sensitivity temperature drift and nonlinear wascompensated; Comprehensive performance test system could test the comprehensiveperformance of pressure sensors. It consisted of pressure supply part, testenvironment, control section, pneumatic parts and operating software. In order toreduce outside interference during data collection and ensure high test precision andwell stability for system, recursive filtering algorithm was used in software.Finally, lots of type testings and before and after compensation testingsfor pressure sensors were done. Test data was analyzed to reach a conclusion.The all performance accuracy of pressure sensors was met businessrequirements. Evaluation of the equipment was realized by using the popular method-measurement capability index for comprehensive performance testsystem. Results showed that the test capability index met standard anddetection accuracy of the test system had improved greatly.
