The development trend of senor is Network Sensor.Embedded Web Sensor,which based on embedded system and Web server technology,is a kind of Network Sensor.It is regarded as a internet node which can be accessed by any remote internet computer aroud world.Furthermore,remote realtime monitor,fault diagnosis and maintenance can be realized.Embedded Web Sensor extends the range of monitor and control.The surface acoustic wave (SAW) pressure sensor is choosed as study object. Some theories about how to design network Embedded Web SAW pressure senor are studied.The design scheme which combine 32-bits Microprocessor Unit(MPU) and real time operating system(RTOS) is provided in detail.μC/OS-Ⅱ,a kind of RTOS,and μIP,a kind of embedded TCP/IP lean,are studied and ported to ARM.Data acquisition methods based on remote Embedded Web Sensor is provided. Java Applet,CGI and digital signature are used to refresh the real-time data and store the remote data into local computer.Temperature is the main error for SAW pressure sensor. How to compensate for this error by using BP neural network is discussed.Temperature compensation by means of the BP neural network is realized in MPU.In the end, a Embedded Web SAW pressure sensor is achieved.
