Designing And Achieving Of Ground Air Defence Command And Control System

With the rapid development of modern military technology, the air defense command and control system is becoming an essential part of air defense battle. The ground air defense command and control system aims to provide an effective operational command platform to help commanders to communicate with each other. This system provides a decision support tool which can help commander to complete fire distribution and help commander to grasp the battlefield situation and make decision better. The following is the main work of this thesis.1. According to the software engineering development process, the ground air defense command and control system is studied and designed in this thesis. The overall demand of the system is analyzed and the overall system design is carried out. The system is divided into four main functional modules.2. To help commander to complete fire distribution better, an assistant decision model of ground air defense system using intercept window calculation is designed in this thesis. First, the basic structure and related elements of the model are introduced in this thesis, and the process of decision-making is designed. Then, a simple arithmetic is introduced to calculate the elements such as fly shortcut and intercept window. The results of the experiment shows that the model is well practicable, and it can be regarded as the reference and reason of fire distribution.3. Aach function module is designed in detail. The main operation flow is described, the specific implementation details are introduced and the realization of each function module is described. QT 5.2 and situational framework platform are used to develop the system. The Fire Cell Control module, the Fire Cell Simulation module, the Seat Configure Mange module and the Assistant Calculation module have been developed, and the ground air defense command and control system has been developed successfully.
