The paper compared the HTML4 and HTML5, choose the HTML5 + CSS3 + JS technology and MYSQL back-end database technology and Spring MVC framework for comprehensive development. Secondly, this paper analyzed the demand of the target users, then completed interface design based on demand; Then linked the front end interface and back-end database to achieve the function that show the news on the front-end interface which upload in the back-end systerm, and to achieve the function that send request to the server for style, interactive behavior, database and other documents to render in the browser when the user accesses the URL; Finally do the test on iPhone6 / iPad 2.0 + Safari browser.The news system has been on-line, and achived the image carousel, the comment thread, sharing functions, provided information publishing platform, to enhance the user experience, while providing services to mobile end-game advertising market, and achieved good results as expected.
