Let the trial be tested in a single hand held devices thumb operation, click the target stimulus point a certain interval of time on a different screen size phone task. Click variables are such as reaction time, click location and the logical value which will recorded in the program. The second part is about two operating gestures SMS editor experiment. After the experiment the subjects will be asked to complete the questionnaire on various mobile operating comfort. The experimental data analysis results shows that, in the case of one-handed thumb operation and the stimulus size of targets, the average response time, the correct rate and operating comfort on the regional distribution of the screens show some links and differences, and have a certain relationship with the screen size and posture and movement of the thumb. The wrong click based on error clicks analysis shows that finger movement trends in the distribution, and the experimental results shows that the larger the size, the more obvious error click trend will be.
