The Design And Implementation Of Line Loss Management System For Electric Power Company Of Beijing

The research analysis of the daily work of administrative department of Beijing Electric Power Company shows that administrators use the traditional manual recording mode for lines management, which is not only error-prone but also inefficient, and is difficult to preserve historical data, especially the current complexity and diversity of lines adds the complexity of lines management, so it is urgent for the decision makers of Beijing Electric Power Company to develop an efficient and secure line loss management system. Considering of deficiencies and defects of the line loss management way in Beijing Electric Power Company, and learning management systems of other companies which bringing convenience and huge economic benefits, this paper is based on the special management needs for line loss business of Beijing Electric Power Company, is aiming at building an efficient, safe and convenient line loss management system.The line loss management system for Beijing Electric Power Company uses the classic MVC pattern, and is developed with the intuitive B/S structure (Browser/Server), and is technically divided into three layers:the browser display layer, the Web services processing layer and the data persistence layer. The browser layer mainly submit the requirement from the client to the Web service processing layer, and return business processing results from the Web service processing layer to the client browser; the Web service processing layer is mainly responsible for receiving service requests from the client, access to the database, and return the results to the client browser in identify ways; the data persistence layer mainly complete persistent storage of data needed by the system, accept access requests from the database of the Web layer, and packing the request results into Java objects to turn back to the Web business process layer. The database uses Microsoft’s database software SQLServer2008, which can achieve lasting security of data storage, and can achieve rollback operation.The system includes five aspects of business functions:management of the basis file of line loss maintenance, extraction and analysis of basic power data, management of reports existing in the line loss management process and relevant information inquiry, and showing and telling the development and implement process of each business function with charts. File Maintenance includes evaluation system maintenance, assessment indicators of line loss maintenance, equipment package management and basic data management, etc.The line loss management system for Beijing Electric Power Company is an efficient and low-fault line loss management system which can meet specific business needs in the line loss management department in Electric Power Company, the implementation of the system must bring huge change for the management work of Beijing Electric Power Company, driving the line loss management of Beijing Electric Power Company into a new level.
