In the last two decades, along with the popularity of computers and the development of information technology, as well as the government paying great attention to information technology, all industries have established information application systems such as office automation system. But in recent years, as 3G mobile communication network quickly spreads, the mobile terminal taking mobile office system as its carrier is experiencing explosive growth. As the development of cloud computing, office online gets better computing and service models, which makes it possible for work through internet. In such a situation, it is becoming a focal issue of common concern for many businesses on how to integrate the various existing systems, re-architect enterprise information platform and introduce the mobile terminal to complete the daily work.This article analyzes an enterprise’s needs for mobile office system, introduces how it integrates and updates the existing system and eventually finds out a solution which can meet the needs of business growth. The whole solution can be referred to as E work cloud platform system.Based on the project background and problems arising during the system’s design and development, this article determines five functional modules of the system:personnel information management, training management, library management, meeting-room management and proposal management. An Android smart terminal version is also needed during the development of meeting-room management and proposal management.Personnel information management is responsible for internal personnel information processing, including personnel information change application, approval of personnel information changes and personnel transfer, covering the entire enterprise personnel information management, which is the core module of the system and calling for strict authorization control. Training management is responsible for internal training management including curriculum publishing, registration, approval, score statistics, instructors’ feedback and other functions.Library management is responsible for borrowing and subscribing books and magazines management.Meeting-room management is responsible for booking meeting-rooms and related office supplies. Because of its highly frequent use, both PC and Android mobile intelligent terminals are needed to develop.Proposal Management module manages the staff proposal and the whole process of the proposed registration, reply, implementation, and feedback. Due to highly frequent use, the two versions, PC and Android mobile intelligent terminals, are also needed.The system integrates existing enterprise information systems into a unified and extensible office information platform. By applying Android intelligent terminal, it helps change the original work, improve work efficiency and enhance the enterprise benefits. The system, once launched, is highly praised by users, followed by the needs of secondary development. But at the same time, we should realize, although having achieving user’s functional requirements, there are still drawbacks such as functional defects and rough design of application pages, which will be solved in the secondary development.
