In recent years, as competition intensifies, companies are fully aware of the process used in its operation, the importance of new technologies and new ideas. CRM (Customer Relationship Management, Customer Relationship Management System) is a customer-centric management software, which is a software collection, or a solution. In the process of specific implementation, to make use of data warehousing, OLAP and other technologies and tools. In the CRM system, based on the user model as the basis for all three data models to conduct business model refers to three households customers, users and accounts. The relationship between the three interrelated, however should be three independent entities. This association is a relationship between ownership and mapping, and three are independent entities themselves, which are reflected in several completely different information domains, customer reflects the information society domain, users mainly reflected the information services field, Account funds mainly reflects the information domain. On the basis of the model based on the three-door, CRM will be derived from a variety of business types, from a business perspective to distinguish the domain can be divided into individual business and group business. From the user to distinguish between groups can be divided into mobile network business, family business groups have converged fixed-line broadband services.The system uses B/S structure, using the MVC design pattern, using MYSQL database as a system database development manager, code-based development platform for Windows and Linux platform, based on the three-door model based CRM system. Because CRM system involves a lot of modules, but this article only describes three models related to order management module, implemented features include individual GSM telecommunications business accounts, personal broadband telecommunications business accounts, Telecom broadband accounts, fixed-line telecommunications business group network services and business change accounts included in each function, such as address changes, planning to change the relationship between the user belongs to change lifecycle status changes and other users. Individuals and groups of broadband services, and the Group’s main function broadband services including new customers, address verification, select the planning, the new account, select numbers and other functions. Business change is mainly based on the three-door model, to achieve functional affiliations, such as changes to the user belongs to the user relationship is under a client and the user all of the business shifted to another client down.The main service is to target system telecom operators, system cutover old after three user data and the new data, the new three-door, are running smoothly, and in case of escalating, to ensure the correctness of business operations, and has been widely recognized by customers, to continue to promote the system has far-reaching significance.
