Design And Implementation Of SMT Feeding Error Proofing And Trace System

In electronics industry, the most popular issurface mounting technology presently.However, errors are not allowed in the SMT production processes; otherwise it will cause material errors on the PCB. Therefore it may lead to poor product, rise labor costs and increase equipment depreciation costs. So there is an urgent requirement for error-proofing measures to reduce production losses caused by SMT line material error. This is the reason why SMT error-proofing system is important for manufactories.This article introduces how to establish SMT feeding error proofing and trace system from requirement analysis, system design, system implementation and system test.The system requirement section provides the business requirements according to the analysis of the SMT product line business and also provides the function module according to the business analysis. The system design section introduces the design methods in detail according to system requirements and implementation of each function modules of this system. The system implementation section introduces some key technologies of this system. Firstly, it introduces ASP.NET MVC4 framework pattern with the example of user management module, secondly, it introduces how to design data access layer by using abstract factory pattern and singleton pattern, then, it lists some methods to optimize webpage performance in order to increase access speed, finally, it introduces the implementation method to develop multi-language webpage.The system test section provides system running status while this system is deployed, and the test result shows that the functions of the system match requirements.Eventually, this system was applied in SMT product line, and this system standardizes the operation process of SMT operator and improves production quality, so that to reduce product defect rate and improve company’s production efficiency.
