Research On Open Source Intelligence Service In Technology Innovation And Entrepreneurship Service ——Based On The Investigation And Analysis Of Yunnan Technology Innovation And Entrepreneurship Service

In traditional intelligence work,the collection and use of open source intelligence is usually only marginal.With the development of information technology and network technology,the main channels of obtaining information have gradually changed from "confidential" to "open source".People are increasingly relying on open source information generated by open source information in prediction,innovation,and decision making.The change in the mode of information collection,processing,and analysis has a huge impact on the ways of generating intelligence.From the "information revolution" in the traditional industrial era to the "information competition" in the era of innovation and entrepreneurship,linking scientific and technological information work with the needs of corporate development,and applying open source intelligence to technological innovation and entrepreneurship service in a comprehensive and mature manner is one of the ways for current comprehensive development of technological information service.The huge demand for open source intelligence and the lack of research on open source intelligence applications by technological innovation and entrepreneurship provide an entry point for this research.Therefore,this research takes open source intelligence as the research object,small and medium-sized enterprises that carry out technological innovation and entrepreneurship as the demand side of open source intelligence service,and government management institutions,scientific research institutions,and intermediary service agencies as the main providers of open source intelligence service.By discovering the problems in the application of open source intelligence in technology innovation and entrepreneurship service,this article puts forward suggestions for the optimization of open source intelligence applications adapted to the development of technology innovation and entrepreneurship service.Based on literature analysis,network survey analysis,and comparative analysis,this article mainly discusses how to better provide open source intelligence service for enterprises' technological innovation and entrepreneurship.This research is mainly divided into four parts:The first part discusses the research status and related theories,including the definition,characteristics,value of open source intelligence,and the connection between technological innovation and entrepreneurship service and open source intelligence service.The second part mainly analyzes the status of open source information service in China's scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship,and sorts out the development process of open source information service.The third part takes Yunnan Province as an example to investigate and analyze the application of open source intelligence in technological innovation and entrepreneurship service,and analyzes the existing problems.The fourth part proposes strategies to improve the level of open source information service from five aspects:improving the open source information service process,government function guidance,open source intelligence “specialized and new” development road,professional team platform and information literacy.
