Affected by the global economic environment, the youth of our country also facethe employment crisis. And one of the most effective ways to solve the employmentcrisis is to encourage young people to start their own businesses. However, they mayencounter many business problems such as the economic problems, the legalproblems, the site problems, the market problems and so on. So how to seek effectivehelp becomes a stumbling block to the youth entrepreneurship.It can be seen through the research of the situation of youth entrepreneurshipeducation at home and abroad, although each organization which to support youthentrepreneurship are all carrying out entrepreneurship training for the youth, actuallyoperation of the information platform efforts are insufficient. It can be reflected twoways. First, the construction of information platform is not perfect and it has a smallcoverage. Second, the information platform focuses on the information display, andthe training system is not perfect.For the shortage of the existing platform, this paper firstly explores the supportmodel and training model of entrepreneurship assistance training management system.Secondly, the entrepreneurship assistance training management system is designedand developed, which uses a guide model of entrepreneurial assistance trainingsupport model and a lightweight MVC framework combined with Spring MVC andMybatis. Teaching administration is the main function module, which includes thestudents’ center, the teachers’ center and the managers’ center. It can provide all-roundservices for students, teachers and managers, and replace manual processing by usingcomputer to query and storage. At the same time, it improves work efficiency. Thekey contents of this paper are the design and implementation of access control and theresearch of course scheduling algorithm. In the paper the access check and control mechanism, which bases on Spring MVC annotation and the extend ofHandlerInterceptor, can intercept the mapping methods by adding the access controlannotations on mapping methods. In addition, this paper analyzes multi target ofcourse scheduling problem from section optimization, class period distributionuniformity per day, teachers’ expected time satisfaction and teachers’ classdistribution density. At the same time, this paper presents a timetable optimizationscheme based on genetic algorithm and a calculation process of fitness based oncoordination model of multi-objective decision, which effectively solves the problemof course scheduling in the process of entrepreneurial assistance training.The entrepreneurship assistance training management system providesprofessional training for the youth entrepreneurship and provides simple convenientoperation interfaces for teachers and administrators with the training mode of"entrepreneurial knowledge, simulation practice, actual operation and trackingsupport". The system includes the portal show, teaching administration, trackingassistance, knowledge collection, intelligent campus demonstration and the third partyplatform integration which simplifies the management process, strengthensmanagement and improves service level.
