The Design And Imp Ementation Of Student Entrepreneurship Training Management System For Hunan City University

To promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college students and stimulate the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of them, the variety of College students’ entrepreneurship training activities hold by Hunan City University were very popular in the college students. However, with the accumulation and increase of school student entrepreneurship training program, the traditional manual paper-based management approach which lacks efficient management tools tends to make entrepreneurship training program into a chaotic state and bring great resistance to students’entrepreneurship and school management practices. In order to solve the existing problems, there comes the urgent need to develop a student entrepreneurship training management system for effective management of the current student entrepreneurship training management system.The system apply the more advanced object-oriented analysis and design methods based on Java, utilize Struts framework based on MVC (Model/View/Controller) design pattern and use javascript scripting language for development,ultimately realizing all the features required by the users which the demand analysis involves.The system includes four modules:project management process, special situation handling, the exchange management and account management. Process management involves the maintenance and audit of all kinds of stages:reporting, project inspection, conclusion and so on;special situation handling is designed for maintenance and audits of concluding extension projects; interaction management module provides a platform for teachers and students to communicate with each other; account management involves distribution of roles’ competences, password changing and soAfter the completion of the system development, through a series of thorough testing session, the system eventually came into use. Through the previous usage, we can draw that the student entrepreneurship training management system has achieved all the functional requirements that the demand analysis involved, improved the management processes of student entrepreneurship training project, and effectively improved the efficiency of student entrepreneurship training program which acquired all praise from students and teachers. This paper will introduce Hunan City College student entrepreneurship training management system in detail from a serial of steps which contains systematic analysis, design, coding, testing and so on.
