At present, the market competition of purchase, sale and inventory management software is fierce, and the same kind of software suitable for various application scenarios is constantly launched, but there are also many problems, because almost all the official releases need to pay a lot of money, many functions may not be suitable for a specific industrial and commercial enterprise or company,or can not meet the actual situation.Demand.In fact, different industrial and commercial enterprises and companies often have individualized differences in the demand for purchase, sale and inventory management software. The general software cost is often higher, but it is not necessarily able to meet the special needs of some small and medium-sized enterprises or companies. This paper investigates the business process of the purchase, sale and storage business of small and medium-sized computer companies, and analyses the specific business needs. On this basis,an application system is designed and implemented to meet the basic needs of the purchase, sale and storage business of small and medium-sized computer companies. The main research work and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Following the basic principles and design ideas of the modern software engineering development application system, carrying out feasibility study and requirement analysis of the application system, and implementing its basic requirements and principles in the overall design, detailed design, specific coding, implementation and testing process of the system;(2)Combining UML modeling with structured method to analyze the functional requirements of the application system, which makes the implementation process of the overall function of the application system more flexible.(3)The system adopts the mature three-tier architecture to improve the efficiency of system development and the security of the system.(4)Advanced data management technology is adopted to ensure the unified management of database and the security of purchase, sale and storage data.(5)Design and implement six functional modules of the application system,i.e.basic information management, purchase management, sales management, inventory management, statistical report management, daily management and system settingsmanagement. In all aspects of system analysis, design and implementation, the non-functional requirements of the system are fully considered. It includes the reliability, robustness and security of the system.(6)The system has friendly interface and convenient operation. In the design process, many personalized designs have been carried out, such as automatically generating commodity number and order number according to commodity type, intelligently inputting commodity name and customer name, which facilitates operation, reduces many unnecessary input and input errors, improves the usability and security of the system, and improves user experience. The system is developed by Microsoft integrated development tool VS2010.The background programming language is C# language, and the contract database is managed by using SQL SERVER 2010 database system. At present, the system has passed the test successfully. The test results basically meet the set goals. The system runs smoothly as a whole, and can meet the basic needs of the purchase, sale and inventory business management of small and medium-sized computer companies. This system uses ASP.NET architecture,Microsoft integrated development tool VS2010 for development, the background programming language uses C # language, with the use of SQL SERVER 2010 database system for development, using the B/S architecture. The developed system meets the expected development goals and meets the needs of users, and is generally successful.
