Coal industry is a high-risk industry, according to statistics; more than 30% of the accidents are caused by equipment failures, every year. Strengthening enterprise equipment management has become a strong measure to ensure the safety in production of coal mine. Coal mine equipment management involves many departments and employees, so we need share information in time to avoid the management out of line.As for wideequipment distribution, complex parameters and line connection in the coal, so in order to the full control of the equipment information, timely detection of the failure of equipment, andmore time to safe production, the construction of coal mine equipment graphics resource management system is very necessary.On the basis of the present situation of domestic and international equipment graphics management, coal mine equipment graphics resource management systemwas designed under the background of Yun Jialing coal mine.This paper made the system developmentobject by combining the advanced management technology with the full life cycle management concept, as so as conduct the analysisof system feasibility.Through the research of enterprise management structure, analysis of user needs, designed the system overall architecture, functional modules and database.In accordance with the system development technology route, using object-oriented programming method developed a B/S based on the three layer architecture of coal mine equipment graphics resource management system. The system adopts multi-level authority division and hierarchical management waysto scientifically manage enterprise users.In this system, every device model of coal mine was established through combining device’s graphics, property information, location information and practice mine GIS map. This system broke the pattern whose management object was only equipment data in existing coal mine equipment management system achievedthe full life cycle management of coal mine equipment, as well as couldbe well in fault analysis, equipment information input and query.This article described the design and implementation process of coal mine equipment graphic resources management system in detail, from the system analysis, design, key technologies and system implementation, several aspects. At last the paper used the black box testing method to test the function of system. The results showed that system each function module can be in accordance with user requirements.
