In recent years, along with the geographic information system technology and database technology is mature day after day, accompanied by the Internet of things technology arisen, such technology has been used in various industries has been effectively applied, in which the coal industry production safety supervision work, this kind of technology in improving efficiency of data processing, security Software System utility and stability, rich coal safety means of production and management, timely and accurate provision of basic information and so on several aspects play an active role.In view of the above situation, this paper introduces the coal industry safety production information management is based on the current situation, analysis of the current coal enterprises safety management problems in the process. On the basis of analysis of Erdos City, Inner Mongolia coal mine safety production supervision business needs, to the coal business management information system framework, system structure and each component of the system are described in detail.According to the coal production safety supervision in Coal Industry Bureau departments, district departments and flag mine level departments dispersed state, based on geographic information system of coal business management information system, the system will relate to the safety and production monitoring, production management, equipment, personnel, resources, and other fields to emergency combined with GIS in detail. At the same time, personnel positioning problem, put forward to combine RFID technology for positioning mode, in order to realize the real-time monitoring and management of production safety. The author in the system design adopts SOA architecture to realize each business application logic, can best on IT asset protection and reuse, for future system upgrades, transformation and use provides a convenient. This design idea to multilayer architecture technology and the geographic information system technology to enrich the safety production of coal enterprise management performance and design form, it can represent the future of mineral resources management of enterprises in the field of information technology development direction.
