Design And Implementation Of Transaction Management Subsystem In Office Automation System

With the rapid development of the society and progress of the science and technology, people’s working rhythm and strength are also in strengthening, the complexity of the office affairs improves continually. The workload is also very big, the traditional manual way of office is difficult to meet the needs of office transaction processing, so the reform the mode of office is imperative.In this paper,the network office automation system for Guangdong CATV network Co. Ltd is based on SSI framework layer,it is hierarchical design. The background of the system uses SQL Server 2005 database. The system meets the needs of the user for network office automation, the application of the system can improve the competitive power of the unit and improve work efficiency. This paper mainly designed the transaction management subsystem of network office automation system, including the proposed transaction management, transaction management and the design of transaction tracking management.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) First of all, the paper researches the status of domestic and overseas in office automation system and states the background and meaning. List structure and the main contribution of this paper.(2) According to the research status and the research on demand of office automation system, choosing the main technology of the system and introduced them, analysis their characteristics and advantages. According to requirements analysis, it is concluded each function module’s use case diagram of the transaction management subsystem.(3) Based on the system demand analysis, carried out the summary design of the transaction management subsystem. It includes E-R diagram and the database table of each function module in the system.(4) According to a summary design of the transaction management subsystem, detailed design of the system is is included flow charts. The design includes transaction application, data dictionary management and process management of each function module; In transaction management includes processing of accordance with the process and custom to handle the flow chart; Finally the flow chart of the transaction tracking management is designed.(5) Through the design of the system, function and performance is tested. The function test used unit test methods, performance test adopted Load Runner9.0 performance testing software. 50 people enters the system at the same time the system will still be able to operate smoothly, the success rate is 100%. The log response of the system is below 800 ms, in data storage and query operation the system response time is under 1000 ms. The system is safe and reliable, and the interface is beautiful, easy to use, performance will also be able to meet the needs of the user.At present, the office automation system has been used in Guangdong CATV network Co. Ltd, the using of the office automation system can greatly improved the efficiency of office personnel office, making the staff are liberated from multifarious affairs. It has popularization and application value for popularization.
