Office automation is a branch of information technology. Office automation is the application of information technology in the office environment to support the typical office tasks, such as document processing, filing information, information retrieval, and so on. OA office information system is an automated information system; the purpose is to improve the efficiency of a typical office work task and the execution efficiency.The traditional office mode has lots of disadvantages, such as flood, paper media call information and so on, this form a big obstacle for information transmission and communication,then cause the waste of human resources and reduce the work efficiency, directly affect the enterprise’s production and operation. In addition, for large enterprises, the company distributed in various places according to the traditional office, many businesses need to spend a lot of time in the round trip delay, so that deplay the information transmission, but also increase the cost of office. OA office system which accords with the standard of information technology has become an inevitable in the development of enterprises. OA system can complete the information automatic collection, analysis, transmission and other functions, and scattered throughout the division of data sharing, instant access to the latest information, to provide the reference information for the enterprise management decision. The realization of enterprise normalization is done by OA.OA office automation system designed in this paper adopts the modular development, specific management modules: personal management, system management, document management, meeting management, office management and reception management. The specific functions of each module are as follows:Personal management module: personal information, account management, to-do lists and personal opinions.System management module: user management, role and group management, permission assignment management, bulletin management, system data backup.Document management modules: send documents, receiving documents, documents audit, and document circulation.The session management module: the meeting agenda, meeting list application, review, and week list.Office management module: assigned by CO and add and audit, to-do lists, rules and regulations.Hospitality management module, vehicle management, vehicle management, audit, audit the meal meal.Logining OA system designed in this paper need to authenticate user name, password, and enter the system interface by inputing the correct verification code, we operate authority in accordance with the prior distribution. If user input error, then he is returned to the input system login interface. In the authentication process involves technologies: database connection, database query, verification code generation and transmission. System security measures are: the password field using MD5 encryption and anti SQL injection technology.The following characteristics of OA office system designed in this paper:Computer software technology and database technology provide a comprehensive solution for enterprise office automation.The system is simple and easy to use, it has strong flexibility and simple maintenance and function expansion is strong.Network system based on the B/S design pattern and makes full use of the enterprise internal network.In order to ensure the system security, logining system need the user name and password and authentication code technology on the legal status of the user, and the system has the function of data backup, data security protection system.By increasing the number of users and improving the load of each function module test system test strength etc, combined with the safety, availability of various testing methods verification system. Test shows that the system can run safely and reliably, can satisfy enterprise’s expectations of the system.After testing the system functional and performance repeatedly, that can realize the enterprise to the system demand, improve the office working personnel’s working efficiency, reduce office costs, accelerate the exchange of information between various departments to speed, the best use of resources, but also makes the daily work more standardized.
