Office Automation referred to OA (Office Automation), using computer, automatic control, network communication, etc to realize Office Automation management.With the OA system can improve the efficiency and quality of office, realize scientific management and scientific decision-making. School information is also the important part of the OA. School of administrators of industry and business in Sichuan using modern office management way to improve work efficiency, reduce unnecessary waste, and it also a project must be carried on in the development of the school.This paper discribes the concept and connotation of office automation, analyzes the features under the network environment, and introduces the development present situation and trend of OA system. Based on the characteristics and application needs of School of administrators of industry and business in Sichuan, this paper proposes the functional demand, overall design goal and overall design framework of establish the school's OA system. This OA system contains the dispatch of management, the addressee management, meeting management, instruction management, personal affairs management and management system of several major modules.This paper establishes the frame of the school's OA system by using Microsoft.net development of technology and taking B/S (Browser/Server) frame. Through the functional and nonfunctional require detailed analysis, we formulated OA system of research and development of the platform and functional module platform, using Microsoft's asp.net technology framework, based on Visual Studio2005 design platform, will SQL Server2005 database as the background support. We design the OA system of complete function module framework, the development of the system in management, management, the addressee dispatch system automation management module, to set up a database and data table structure, make the system each structure layer, the function can be achieved, finally built a school's OA system. At present, the paper presents the design of OA system has the deployment of use, the actual application shows that the system has a certain openness, expansibility and maintainability, system development is successful.
