We have entered the information age that science and technology rapid develop. Businesses have been inseparable from the processing of information and the applications of computer. For complex sales management specially, the computer can make full use of its advantages. The effective control for all aspects information by using of computer, not only to improve the sales performance, but also to facilitate the control of operational information for enterprise. Greatly enhance the operational efficiency of the company. Thus create greater achievements for the company.This topic comes from a real project about saling gas based on the packaging circulation, which is different from the traditional system. Traditional sales management, including: equipment procurement management, storage management, sale management, financial management, etc. The system descrbed in this paper contains management of the packaging material in addition to above fuctions. Packaging is a general existence of product sales, in the form of the flow, it can be divided into three types: 1 with the product sold but not separately priced packaging. 2 the packaging of the product sold separately. 3 the temporary storage of goods over the use of rental or lending during selling goods. In order to make the buyer early return, sales side usually collect a certain amount of the deposit to the buyer. Transfer package refers to the sale of goods using leased or lent to make the buyer a temporary storage of packaging. The appearance of transfer packaging complicate the product sales, for example, correspondence management of the amount of packaging, packaging materials and products, customers occupy packaging and packaging material statistics, sales of corresponding packaging invoicing problems need to solve. Packaging circulation refers to the situation in which the buyer keeps the package when they buy the goods or just borrow the package. Packaging circulation makes sales complicated. The existing model doesn’t quite fit the situation. This paper proposed a new idea of design for the particular marketing system, Regard all commercial activity of customers as products, that is to say rent, maintenance, borrow, testing, cylinders, etc. are all considered as products,thus created a new sales system. It’s solved all of the problems of flow packaging.This thesis describes the research of sales system model based on the circulation packaging. When this model be applied in practice, the system can reduce the package of flow in practical work and promote the efficiency in the employ of packing materials circulation, greatly reduce the labor management costing, and promote the productivity of efficiency.The establish of this model includes two parts, set of model and practice of model. For the first part, we have static model which includes class diagram model and use case diagram model, dynamic model which includes sequence diagram model and state diagram model and workflow activity diagram and collaboration diagram model. For the second part, we have description of system configuration and database architecture description and interface function description.
