Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system combines information technology andadvanced management ideas, achieves the enterprise’s comprehensive management onprocurement, production, sales, analysis, has already become the basis for currentinformation enterprise management. Sales management system itself exists as a branchpresence in the ERP system. Based on ERP system, corporate sales department couldcollection data timely and accurately, senior leaders then according to the data to analysisof operating conditions and improve management efficiency and achieve prosperity anddevelopment of enterprises.Contents of this article are based on core business process of sales management, Of anElectric Company (hereinafter abbreviated as ZYDQ company) In Wuhan, Conducts asummary of the original ERP system sales system functions, as well as Conducts thedesign of the new system.First, conducted a full understanding of business of corporate sales department. Forexample, management of customer data, quotation process management, and sales ordermanagement and so on, drew business process diagrams combining with business objectsand summed up the business rules based on them. Secondly, done a lot of reading analysisabout domain driven design, had a fully understand the domain model in domain-drivendesign. For example, a domain model and the general principles of object-oriented objectsthat meet a declaration difference: Domain model is an object model of the business sense,carrying the business data(All the model can be considered as model has state),essentiallythat it comes directly from the real world, Without considering the technical level on, andin line with the principles of object-oriented object is the product of object-orientedanalysis method, based on computer technology(Such objects can be stateless), and objectmeets an object-oriented model does not necessarily reflect the business areas. Finally, According to the rules of the domain model and business objects in business processdiagrams, carried out to establish the domain model of sales management system, and thesystem was developed and implemented and tested.The system is to use an open source framework, OFBiz. Relative to the Old ERPsystem has great advantages. First, For understanding knowledge of an open sourceframework, a Well-developed understanding is relatively easy to make case of networkresources. Secondly, B/S structure is in some ways better than the C/S structure and It isundeniable. Finally, this open source framework is very suitable for the development of anERP System, because it uses a domain-driven technology, it is ideal for package thebusiness logic of an enterprise.
