| Sales model is a comprehensive description of approach and idea which adopted from sales process; it is an important issue for enterprises facing the market challenge and competition to do some research on sales model management. Traditional sales model based primarily on manual sales management, and the quality of the sales process only depends on managers' personal qualities. That is really easy to lead to human communication obstacles and detached from the whole process. With the development of information technology and changes in the market environment, it's very necessary to manage the complex sales activities by computer software.J2EE offers a corporation-level calculating model and an operation environment, which used to develop and deploy the application of the mufti-level system structure. Through offering the necessary services to the corporation-level calculating environment, J2EE makes the mufti level application deployed on it truly realize the high usability, security, expansibility and reliability.Firstly, this issue improved the necessity of implementing the sales-model MIS project, and described the requirement analysis based on the research of a company's business processes, then analyzed the business requirements through the 8 built-in roles of the system independently.Combing with sales funnel model, the chapter 3 designed the database tables concerned with data center, telephone center and sales center, and then described the relationship in detail between function and data by using state flag to modify the customer state.After that, the issue generated the system implementation program based on particular system requirements analysis and entire design, described the approach of constructing persistent layer by Hibernate, business logic layer by Spring and presentation layer by Struts in detail.In the end, this issue summarized the whole subject. By analyzing the first phase project function test and combined the practical problems occurred during commercial promotion process, it proved the system can effectively satisfy the current needs of sales management activities; also pointed out that the system functions are inadequate, need to constantly improve in later practice. |
