Air defense fire control radar as air blockade, defense, and hit the equipment, in the position in artillery and missile combat system is increasing day by day, plays a more and more important role in the military field.System for air defense fire control radar tracking the world’s advanced the development of radar technology, radar, computer, laser rangefinder, TV tracker, infrared detectors, such as integrated into an organic whole, become the most advanced fire control radar system in our country, and mass production and the armed forces, in the process of mass production, the shafting alignment has always been a bottleneck restricting the production, therefore, this article puts forward the shaft calibration method for tracking radar and photoelectric shaft system consistency adjustment method of study, through the analysis of the tracking radar system and the principle of research, analyzes the problems existing in the reform axis method, studies and implements a school with special shaft tooling realization of radar axis calibration method, through test to prove his school shaft precision and efficiency is greatly increased, solve the problems existing in the long-term production process, and has further popularization and application value.Due to scientific research, production stage school shaft equipment erection, operation and the connection is relatively complicated, time-consuming, it is difficult to the requirements of the applicable field.
