With the development of Chinese space industry development,the development speed of control equipments in network monitoring also is accelerating.Radar is the pillars of the equipment in network monitoring.playing the vital role in the space industry .How to improve the accuracy of radar data is widely concerned at the same time. The satellite calibration is an advanced method. The paper based on the principle of satellite calibrationstudied the actual problem in the mission of satellite control,founded dynamic error model of radar,determined the optimization methods of sovling error factor. By calculating and analyzing the measured data, the validation and rationality of satellite calibration is confirmed.The paper provides an effective method for the future work of the calibration of radar.The paper is mainly concerned with the follows:First. Precision Orbit is introduced. The premise of satellite calibration is that high precision Precision Orbit can be provided. Two parts were studied. One is how to select a suitable model of the atmosphere in orbit to improve precision. By comparison of several models of atmosphere, the conclusion is that if a suitable atmosphere model in different situations is chosen the precision of orbit precision improved can be maintained at the 300 meters in one day.The second part is to compare the precision of two methods of integral and decide to adopt GAUSS-JACKSON algorithm because of better stability.Second, measurement pre-processing technology of radar data and the systematic errors of mathematical model are studied. The actual measurement data are processed, the result demonstrated measurement pre-processing technology of radar data is right.Third, the correction method of three-dimensional atmosphere is widely studied.The traditional method of atmospheric refraction uses empirical formula to amend,but the precision is not high. According to statistics,we get the refractive index parameters of the troposphere profile model, three-dimensional troposphere correction method is realized. According to the norms ray equation and results of research on ionosphere electron density profile.three-dimensional ionosphere correction is realized. The method is proved effective through the application in actual mission.Fourth, the principles of satellite calibration and technical requirements are discussed. The technical requirements of satellite calibration is confirmed. In accordance with the characteristics of the radar system error, the dynamic model of systematic errors required by satellite calibration is based. When the error factor is solved , ant algorithm is adopted because of obvious superiority and stability, and free from the differentiability of micro-optimization function. The validity and rationality of model error and solution is verified in the actual engineeringThe overall study is reviewed and the future work is presented at the end of the thesis.
