This dissertation consists of two parts:The first part of the shaft parts automatic detection of servo system and its components and the overall structure of instrument were studied, Including second, three and four chapters; The second part on the accuracy of the instrument were studied, including fifth, six chapters.In the first part, in the part of servo feed system tester, servo feed system for4axis of the detector is determined, and the general design method of servo system are given; In the part of structure of the instrument, to determine the overall layout, gives the static, dynamic design criteria of stiffness, and make the virtual prototype of each part and the whole. On this basis, the various components of the static and modal parameters are analyzed in the paper.The research results of this part:For the detector of this new concept, the virtual prototype of static, dynamic characteristics are reasonable.In the second part, according to the characteristics of the detector and the measured workpiece, the detection precision of the instrument were studied. According to the structural characteristics of the measured workpiece itself, the workpiece deformation detection error caused by gravity was studied, and presents a new method for solving the deflection curve equation. It meets the requirements, compensation accuracy, of error model for workpiece deformation with gravity.The research results of this part:in theory, this paper proposes a new method of solving the deflection curve equation; geometric error model of relationship between each component and final detection accuracy is derived.Automatic detection instrument of shaft parts in the paper play a role in promoting and sublimation to the backward detection methods of traditional, and narrow the gap with the advanced world level.
