The paper discusses emphasized the measurement of mathing angle of antiaircraft gun radar's light-electricity, the influence of standard value's precision to the evaluation of radar's tracking precision, the method to confirm number of test swatch and to validate the independency of data. These problems are founded in the approval test of antiaircraft gun radar in recent yeas. The paper points out that there will be fearful many paths effect to measure the angle of antiaircraft gun radar's light-electricity with the Radar Demarcate Equipment in test locate, yet it will get well effect to measure from TV axix. The influence of standard value's precision to the evaluation of radar's tracking precision can be described quantificationally, and can be controled accurately. It can be confirmed accurately the number of test swatch as a problem of parameter estimation or hypothesis inspection, at the same time, they can be contrasted quantificationally. To validate the independency of data, we can using the average autocorrelation function of error swatch, it can also offer thereunder to ameliorate the method of disposing data.Adopting this paper's analyzed method, we can pledge efficiently the objectivity, veracity, reliability and applicability of test data. It will offer very important application value to advance the quality of experimentation, decrease the cost, and ameliorate the method of evaluation.
