| As the socialist modernization speeds up, public administration has become increasingly specific and scientific, resulting in significant changes in the social demand of e-government. E-government is not only refers to web-based delivery of government information any more. It should be viewed as an examination and approval system driven by electronic data and act as an integrated whole towards the public. This project is designed for the staff in Shanghai Administration Bureau of NGOs, and hence it needs to meet the requirements of target customer to ensure automation and security of their daily work.In this work, we adopt MVC framework to realize three functions: logic processing, user interaction and data processing. By analyzing the business, we design and implement workflow to complete the daily examination and approval.Besides, digital certification is used to guarantee the operational security, such as user login and documents generation in the process of approval.etc.This project includes five modules, business registration, annual inspection,law enforcement, query analysis and special tools. The registration module mainly realizes the registration, establishment, alteration and cancellation for NGOs while the annual inspection module is mainly used to inspect NGOs. The main purpose of law enforcement module is examination, investigation and making relevant punishment. And query analysis module is to achieve inquiry, statistics and presentation for the whole information of NGOs. At the same time, it provides visual operation based on graphics display. Special tools include short message(SMS) platform and notification announcement, etc.As an easy-to-use e-government platform, this project realizes the office automation and user login security. And it can also ensure the effectiveness and legitimacy in the process of the relevant file generation. To summarize, it can satisfy the basic demands of e-government. |
