| The bank queuing problem has gradually become the hot issue of social concern, how to solve the queuing problem has become an important topic of the development process of commercial banks. The queuing technology first appeared in the mid of last century mainly in European and American developed countries. After that,it become rapidly popular in all major banks. Comparing with the queuing technology level of developed countries, China’s queuing product and penetration is still in the development stage. Due to the differences in national conditions 〠geographical and cultural background, there are many problems need to learn from the developed European and American countries. People’s acceptance of queuing technology in our countryã€the degree of education,ã€service mode, and many other aspects, such as network situation are also different from other countries,only invariably using queuing products abroad is not able to meet the requirements of domestic special environment on the line.PiCounty Branch parlors of ICBC,which located in the city center of Pi County,is one of the largest branch of the Chengdu City bank branches,with daily average queuing amount of about 300-500,even more than 1,000 people in the peak period. In the peak of queuing,the bank often becomes overcrowded,and Pi County branch has also become a customer complaint accusing it of queuing problem. With the serious impact on the bank’s service quality and corporate’s image appear,the parlors’ queuing problem is what Pi the County Branch must face up to solve. Therefore,based on the emergence of the obvious problems to be solved,such as bank customers "stand for extended periods of time", "the wrong side", "jump the queue",etc. The system also provides features like : querying the level of service and attitude of the bank employeeã€understanding the real-time situation of bank customers line up at present ã€obtaining the queue summary of data information, which can reasonably configurate window service and bank service and can provide data to support assessing the performance of staff. I intend to study the topic "ICBC of Pi County Branch queuing Information Notice System Design and Implementation",using the development system of object-oriented. It can show customers the latest line up near the operating room numberã€the number of counter servicesã€locationã€time of transfer,and queue time budget information in the first time.It can ease the Pi County branch parlors of ICBC queued difficult problem through the design of a local area within the operating room queuing Information Notice System and the LEDã€LCD monitors,and other media in the operating room. |
