With the promotion of information technology, cloud computing and other new technology, the number of software services on the Internet sharp ly increases at the same time. The convenience of the Internet also makes the scale of customers whom the service providers faced with grows rapidly, and the personalization degree of customer requirements becomes higher, too. Because of the high cost and low efficiency, the traditional service composition method for single requirement is not suitable, while the construction and use of service network which is larger-granularity become the hotspot of research on the research of services.There are already many researches on the construction and customization of service network. But the traditional service network is hard to describe the complex scene of the interaction of human task and Web service. As for the construction of service network, most research is confined to functional requirements or Qo S constraints, and there is no combination of the two to be met. And they often consider the connection between services in the process of contructing service network but neglect the relationship between customers’ requirements. The research on the mass customization is lack. On the other hand, in the real life, the requirment of customer usually needs to change due to the subjective reasons or changing environment dur ing using a composite service. The provider needs adjust the current solution to adapt the new requirement. To solve the above issues, this thesis based on the background of the traffic emergency service conducts the research of the construction and customization of service network.(1) Firstly, analyze the scene and features of the interaction between human task and Web service. Secondly, extend the service network logic model, which is driven by data flow, to support both online services and offline services. At last, the mathematical model of service network which support O2 O is established.(2) Propose the method for a service network construction for mass customers’ personalized requirements. First analyze the relationship between the historical requirements, and sort these requirements by the potential benefits. Then the requirement with the highest potential benefits is first considered, and the services which are invoked for the first time are introduced into the service network to make the service network enhance itself. A heuristic algorithm is used to solve one requirement, and the goal reuses the services which have occurred before as far as possible. Reduce the cost of service network and achieve the cost-effectiveness while meet the personalized requirements. At last, the experimental method were compared with other construction strategys, to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.(3) Propose the method for service network customization to deal with subjective changes of customer requirements. Considering the case that the current solution must be adjusted because the customer changed his requirement due to the subjective reasons. Two solving strategies are proposed in the premise of ensuring the cost-effectiveness and reducing the change amplitude of the solution. One is the global replanning algorithms(RP): RP dynamically constructs a virtual requirement according to the composite service’s current execution status and the changed expectation, and looks for a new solution for the virtual requirement. The price-rewritten mechanism is used as a heuristic during the re-planning to preferentially reuse those services existing in current solution and reduce costs while decreasing the VAS. The other is the local reinforcement algorithm(LR): In terms of six basic types of requirement changes, LR attempts to make minor repairs to the current composite service to adapt to the new requirement and minimize the change amplitude of the solution. At last, there are several experiments and analysis to compare the two methods, and verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.(4) Design and implementation of the prototype system of cross-domain traffic emergency service network. In view of the the typical incremental requirements scenario in traffic emergency, the cross-domain traffic emergency service network prototype system is designed and implemented, and the structure, function and working process of the system are introduced at last.
