Internet business service is the internet of business model,which integrates service resources efficiently based on the Internet and is also a new channel for users to obtain services.At the same time,the following two problems have also emerged: one of its numerous kinds of services and the quality of services is uneven,and users' requirements are often more personalized and precise.And the second,the computer can't really understand and deal with the user's requirement information.Therefore,how to better support the full expression of user requirement information and make it better to serve users has become a problem must to be solved.Current theoretical research and system applications more often represent the user's long-term requirements by mining and analyzing user-related data,or represent the user's immediate requirements in a system-oriented fixed format,according to user requirements one-way to recommend resources to users,lack of research of dynamic and diverse user's immediate requirements active expression and application.In response to the above problems and shortcomings,the main work of the thesis can be summarized as follows:1)Constructed a two-way peer-to-peer service model of the internet business service platform.Based on the platform construction principles of user-oriented,two-way peer-to-peer services and information clear,the model is constructed,and the research content and working principle of the thesis are elaborated.2)The user requirement representation method and model based on requirement meta information are proposed.The relevant definition of requirement meta information is given,the user requirement representation method based on requirement meta information and the hybrid dynamic weight updating algorithm RMIU-HDW are designed,and the requirement and service representation models RSIM are constructed by using requirement meta information.User requirements represent changes from the original system-oriented requirement attribute fixed to the user-oriented requirement attribute variable,which fully expresses the user's requirements.It not only meets the scalability and flexibility of the requirements and service representative,but also meets the requirements and service information standardized.3)The supply and requirement matching algorithm is designed.In order to realize the two-way peer-to-peer matching between users and merchants,based on the requirements and service representation model of the thesis researched,designed a hierarchical combination of qualitative and quantitative supply and requirement matching MSOSE-RMI and SRMC-BT algorithm to shorten the process of discovery of supply and requirement information.4)The user requirement model of composite vector space based on requirement meta information is designed,and personalized service recommendation based on the model is implemented.It not only guarantees the full expression of the user's immediate requirements,but also guarantees the rationality of the user's long-term requirements.5)The implementation of the internet business service platform.Requirement analysis and function architecture design of the platform is carried out,by constructing the UML diagram related to platform and selecting the appropriate implementation technology,and the feasibility of above models and methods is verified,and has obtained software copyright.
