With the rapid development of network media, so that the ruling party are increasingly aware of the role of the "image" in the Game. At the same time, descendant of the Emperors Yan and Huang is in the overseas, also become the the forefront of public diplomacy in the information age in case of little by little people despise the officials and media authority.so, by using the methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,this project attempts to analysis difference in government image building and communication among-Xinhua, Sina, X-three Chinese network medias in present network environment, and then get some revelation of external communication from their significant difference.The full text into seven chapters:Introduction part describes the purpose of study, past literature review, research design and theoretical basis.Chapters 2 to 4 respectively analyzed government image theme concerns,government image evaluation tendencies and depict of government image.Chapter 5 make detailed comparison of the differences of Chinese network medias government image building, concluded that the three have emphasize on different theme particularly, polarization on image evaluation, as well as significant differences on the image portrayed.The 6 chapter in view of the above comparison and analysis, it draws the conclusion of the paper and gives the policy strategic advice according to the research results. Research suggests that here is a significant difference in government image building and communication among Chinese network medias. Xinhua- one of the most important international broadcasting organizations, spreading the government image as a model in China, however, has not been accepted by overseas Chinese network media. And thus, all of Chinese network medias need some changes in the future.
