With the widely used internet technology and the development of infrared imaging computer sensor vision and image processing technology,the infrared thermal imaging techniques have developed greatly.The previous design focus on transmitting the video to the PC by the bus.It requires to design a video transmission module and needs the high performance PC to display the video,which is very inconvenient in use.This article propose to transmit the video through the WIFI and display the image on Android smart-phones and tablets,which will bring mobilization and intelligence to the device.The research mainly implements the infrared imaging system which can transmit the video through the WIFI and accepted by the Android devices the procedure include the following aspects.(1) Research on the compositions and functions of different modules of the infrared digital video server, of these modules, the FPGA board focuses on the accquisition of the infrared video and DSP board focuses on the function of transmitting the data through the internet. Realize the schematic and PCB design of digital video server based on DSP and FPGA,interconnect the DSP FPGA with power,clock and other devices such as the networks,video,UART and memory(FLASH ROM).(2)Develop the application on the basis of the circuits so that the system can collect the video data. The software is based on RF5 AND the TCP/IP protocol realize the function of sending the video via the internet and transmit to the PC clients.Then develop the PC program to testify whether the video server really works.The result shows that the video can display on PC so the DVS fumctions well.(3)Develop the Android App so it can accept and display the video so the application of infrared surveillance can be extended to the Android platforms.(4)Research on the applications of image-enhancement algorithm to infrared images and test its effects.And consider transplant it to the Android devices.The test shows that the system function well,the image can display on the Android platform.This article implements the design of the DVS and the image can be displayed on Android clients expand the application of infrared system to the Android devices.
