Video Surveillance Designing And Video Analysis For Server Rooms

In the server room management,security management is a manpower-consuming part.The conventional method relies on real-time manual supervision,which requires lots of manpower.Sometimes the staff could become undisciplined and leave hidden unsafety.Video analysis technology can make server room management more efficient and automated,which have practical application significance.An intelligent video surveillance system for server rooms is designed and implemented.The main work includes designing video surveillance,management platform and video analysis.In the video analysis part,a functional system is designed and implemented,which can interface with existing video surveillance systems,process multiple channel data at the same time and detect the active personnel activities in the room in real-time.This part includes spatial modeling,active foreground detection,human pose estimation,multi-camera data synchronization,person identification,and multi-camera tracking.After calibration,perform foreground detection on the video,find people,estimate their poses with a deep learning based method and map them from camera images to the room's spatial coordinates.Synchronize data from multiple cameras,identify people and do multi-camera tracking.Finally,the analysis results are submitted to the management platform for the further processing.The video analysis works on real-time video streams from multiple cameras,has the ability to expand and automatically recover from failure.The management platform is based on the video analysis.In this platform,the functions of connecting the NVR and configuring video analysis,managing the server cabinets,viewing personnel information,alarm records,alarm rules and attendance records are implemented.Based on the video analysis results,activity records and alarms can be automatically generated and pushed to administrators.Tested and it shows that the system can record indoor activities and alarm when someone is attempting to operate servers illegally,which shows that the design of the system is feasible,and the intelligent video surveillance is practical in the security management of server rooms.
