As a great power of industrial detonator production and use, China’s industrial detonator production equipment generally lagging behind, low degree of automation. large numbers of and semi-mechanized operations lay in the process of raw materials distribution, electric detonator assembly, semi-finished goods and final product transported. However, due to both the industrial explosives which constitute detonator or finished detonators are extremely sensitive, static electricity, friction, impact could trigger an explosion, making directly threaten the safety of workers in life.The research aim at civil explosive industry EED production and logistics processes high sensitivity and high-risk, with related fields characteristics and development at home and abroad, and carry out applicable to civil explosive industry on self-guided AGV car. In the first chapter, we give a detailed introduction of the self-guided vehicle’s classification, structure, status and how it works. Aimed at the particularity of industrial explosive industry, we conduct feasibility analysis to AGV which suitable for explosive industry. According to the antenna and electromagnetic pulse and other related engineering theory, the EED induced current model was set up, and calculate the induced current generated in its wireless module DTD433 module EMP environment. In the third chapter, the kinematics systems and control system model of AGV was established. the trajectory tracking fuzzy control system was designed based on the basic principle of fuzzy control and combined with Matlab Simulink tools for the design of AGV trajectory tracking fuzzy control system simulation, combined with actual tracking curve and the car guiding curve comparison chart and error analysis table control system was evaluated. In chapter IV the hardware design and software design of AGV control system are completed and the fuzzy control was realized in S7-200 with its own programming language. In chapter VI,the AGV real-time monitoring system was designed based on Kingview 6.53,by using its real-time reporting function and real-time alarm function the staff could be timely reminded to analyze and judge the emergency situation.
